advice on end of service and end of contract bonus rates

I am looking for advice on the going rates for end of service and end of contract bonus rates? i have been offered 11% and 4%
Are these good? bad?

It is regards a project manager/engineer position for a large oil company.

Any information regards a contract would be great.

If you have a Bahrain visa, then your end of service is determined by the labor law. In absence of the same, it is between you and the company. And whether it is a good settlement or not, depends on your own view.
