Application for Settlement(Spouse) Visa while I have my Tourist Visa

Hello, I'm new here. I need your advice. Currently I have my visit visa and will expired it in on September 2019. May I ask if I can apply for a spouse visa while I'm having tourist visa? or do I need to expired my current tourist visa before I will apply my spouse visa? By the way, I'm working here in Singapore and just recently visited UK. Hope you can help me. Thank you.

Hi and welcome to the Forum.

I'm assuming you're already married to a UK resident and not coming to the UK to get married. You can apply while in the UK; whether it will be granted before your tourist visa expires and you have to leave is another matter. This link will take you to the UK Gov website that has the details.
