Is it mandatory to sit for a medical exam in bahrain and to have 5years experience prior to have a job?
How could i find an employer for me to offer a job?

Depends on your qualification and your country of education. You can visit NHRA website for Health practitioner's regulations.
Visit below given links, it is complete in sense of information, if after that you need further assistance, people may help you here on forum.

Finding a job in healthcare is different thing altogether.

Ideal course would be first finding a job and then going forward for medical license. Getting license yourself without job in hand doesn't serve any purpose.
As this is very small nation, job vacancies are not many, and it is more based on demand versus supply. So first get a job, by submitting your resume at multiple job sites, keep an eye on proper suitable job vacancy for yourself.
You can also find list of hospitals in Bahrain on google and submit your resume directly to their websites. It's not always like you will get job as soon as you submit, it may take months.
And getting license through your employer is the safest and most feasible route rather than getting your head into it yourself.
All the best.
