Extension of Retirement Visa Financial Requirements

I hold a Non O Retirement Visa that expires on Feb 1 2020. I have an invitation to Visit the Philippines for two months.
To qualify for my next extension I transfer 65,00 Baht per month to a Thai Bank Account .

Am I required to maintain the monthly 65,000 Baht while I am in the Philippines?

If I do not make the 65,000 monthly transfer I will be short by 2X 65,000 by Feb 1 2020. Is this acceptable by the immigration requirement for a Retirement extension?

You are asking a question only immigration can answer.  That being said, the law states 65k every month with no provisions for trips out of the country for extended periods so I think they will want to see deposit every month.

I would make sure my Thailand bank ATM card will work in other countries and access Thai bank funds using that card while in PI.
