Exit re-entry visa expired

My boss driver went home and did not come back on time his visa expired but the iqama still valid what will be the process in obtaining a visa stamping as he already a visa extension.

Visa extension Process are:-

* Preparing official extension request / letter attested by both Chamber of commerce and Foreign Affairs

* Getting print from Jawazat contains all the details of the driver

* Sending the above original documents by courier to the driver home country

* Submitting the above documents + passport to Saudi embassy ( through VFS Tasheel co.) in order to approve the extension.
