Hi All,

I am in touch with a job recruiter and have liked my profile and wants to give me an offer to work in an Ad agency. I have a total work exp of 5+ years in advertising itself. I am planning to move with my wife. They have told me to come back with an offer, I am not really sure about the figure. Can someone help.

Just a word of caution : if an offer sounds too good to be true, it probably is not.

Since you mentioned the word job recruiter, you better be careful as there is a freeze on advertising jobs for the expatriates. So if you have been made an offer at this time, it is highly likely that it is a fake offer.

Also, whatever happens, do not part with any of your original documents or pay the agent any money for the offer.

It would be safest for you to get into a conversation directly with the employer so that you don't get conned by these shady and unscrupulous middlemen.
