Hello

I have a bit of a problem,if anyone can help or guide me?
I am employed at a 450€ mini-job,I have consistently worked every month earning my 450€. As of this month (July 2019) I have not worked at all and have not received any payment,so I cannot afford the things I need.
If someone can help me on how/who to approach to sort this out?
Thank you

Not to be insulting but this question is so simple-minded as to sound like trolling. Of course one doesn’t get paid if they don’t work. If you want money then work. Simple as that. What else can someone possible say about the situation without more information like maybe why you didn’t work; sick, got fired …? And if you lost your job then get a new one; nobody can do that for you. Anyway, you should update your profile which shows you as intending to go to Germany rather than living here.

A 450€ job does not entitle you to unemployment or any other social benefits.
(You need to earn at least 451€/month to get any of these!)
Thus Tom is right: You need to work (possibly in another job if this one disappeared) to earn your living.

If you have a (written) contract with your current employer, you should have that checked by a lawyer - many of them are faulty and you may be entitled to more than what you are getting.

I apologise for not phrasing the question correctly and I have since  corrected my living status.
I was employed at a workshop on 450€ basis,I would work according to how much work was available, last month (july) I had not received a call or any notification of possible work from my boss for the entire month.I have since spoken to him and we have terminated the contract on a fair basis.
I do not appreciate assumptions made on anything, until you know the facts it is ignorant to assume otherwise.

Sorry but when one poses a badly written question then they should not be surprised if they don’t get the answers they seek. Unfortunately, many questions posed on this site leave one to speculate on many factors or not answer at all. And in the end it is obvious that you should have simply asked your employer rather than posting the question you did. Our ignorance of your situation is only due to your failure to properly inform.

And one should also realize that information given here is meant for everyone and not just the OP. Thus I often give a broad answer or additional data when a similar but different situation might lead to a very different conclusion. What one can take from this thread is that mini-jobs lack the protections and guarantees often provided by normal full time jobs. People are often expected to show up on very short notice - or suddenly be given no work for a time.

With the new facts you gave in your second posting above, I wonder why you asked the question at all and what kind of help you expect from (well-meaning) strangers on an Internet forum?
Obviously, you have no job any more now, but life will go on. What else can we say?
