Sir if the authorities will come to company or they enquire about the issue I am scared that these people may Torture me this company belongs to Saudi people if you know any agent who can safely send me to India please give me his details I will be very thankful to you I have family behind me and I am the only person in my Family who earns I have wife and 2 kids we don't have anyone to help us because of of interreligious Marriage please help me.

I did that but in our Indian Embassy they are not listening to me instead they are forcing me to stay till the contract period I don't understand what to do.

As per the contract you have to stay here, there is no way to escape, coz even agents would demand for huge money. However there are few chances, if they issue exit reenty for short vacation now, then you can leave and never come back. Second you have to wait for your annual vacation which might be based on what contract you signed. Lastly wait for your contract expiry and take exit. For now just stay and work, if they cheated you with anything like promises, do you have any proof of what you are saying? If you signed an agreement with agent in India, then you can ask your relatives to sue that agent, such he will try his best to get you back asap. If you have any documents that you signed with company here and they are not paying you according to the contract then you can go to labor court.

Firstly, if you have any proofs catch that agent and file a case against him in India, through your relatives or family members.

Thank you very much Suribhai for giving me the information in India I don't have anyone to share my problem I don't have parents they expired only wife and kids I can't share these issues and my problems with my wife she may panic I told about tho my friends and they did a lot for me and the agent is upscanding here I stuck like hell even I went to Indian embassy also there they are even not at all responding simply they shut shutup and work anyways of find someone who can send me out please do inform me I will be very thankful to you.

Before when Sushma Swaraj was there embassy were not like this. So better tweet your issues to External Affairs Minister, Your state Minister and Indian Embassy Riyadh together. Lets see how people would react and maybe someone will get you help.

I have one illegal suggestion. find a job for you and escape from company you work now.
the company can only set up run away condition on your iqama.  if they set it up then go to police and they will manage to deport you to india.

how about labor courts? try to complain them and the company might send you back home right away.  i have a colleague before who wants to go home so he made false accusation about my previous employer and went to labor court. company get so pissed and he was sent back home within a week.

If they give salary on time then no need to go to the labor court. he already signed the contract and he is supposed to complete the contract.

That was exactly how i ran away from my abusive employer while working as a maid in March.
