Job offers and how to get work permit to be eligible

Am from Uganda seeking to get job in Canada - Toronto I have a Bachelor Degree Entrepreneurship and Small Business and Diploma in International Business.
I prefer office Administrative work, Household jobs among others.
And also wish to know how I can acquire a Work Permit while still in Uganda
