1 Year Multiple Entry Family Visit Visa

Dear All,

Can anyone help me with some information on 1 year multiple entry family visit visa

I brought my wife through 1 year multiple entry family visit visa, I have extended once at 90 days, during 2nd extension 180 days, some one told that she has to exit once before 180 days. So i booked the ticket to India and made her exit,

May i know what is the time duration for reentry, Can she stay in india for 45- 60 days and later she can entry saudi arabia..?

pls help me with this information

after exit the KSA she came any time.
