As a well-traveled fella, I would never have said that Canada is famous (or good) for world signature  food.

However,

1.  A. Poutine, poutine, poutine. A dish developed in Quebec.
B. Montreal Smoked Meat
C. Tim Hortons

2. Poutine, Montreal Smoked Meat, Montreal Steak Spice, Ragout de Pates et Boulettes, Cipaille, Beaver Tails (sort like a donut) Praire Oysters, Wapiti, real Maple Syrup

3. Eggs, bacon/sausages/ham, brown toast, pancakes, French Toast, orange wedges, baked beans, Home Fries,  coffee

4. Turkey, Maple Syrup Glazed Ham, Spit Roasted Wild Boar

5. Happy people from many cultures
