Hello everyone ,

First time here am trying to relocate to Singapore got a job offer and have about 19 years experience in my field salary just under $8,000 got a rejection saying mismatch in salary and experience my employer asked for my last payslip to do an appeal do you think that will help any suggestions will help.

Any mismatch in declaration will lead to reject. After addressing those mismatch, MoM will review your application. It depends on all other benchmarks set up at MoM, whether to approve or reject. Good luck

A payslip from your current job in another country win’t help. The offered pay must be in line with market standards in Singapore. With 19 years of experience, you should be far higher than S$8000/month!
