At this moment police federal officer visit house to see couple together for permanent residency? I applied for RNM card in this month. How much time do they take for RNM card to delivery in 2019 year?

As said all depends on approval and processing times at the PF in your area and the Capital.
Have to learn to be patient in Brazil. No set time.
