Hi gudevening, i would like to inquire about re applying in Spain, i had work in Spain for 8 months on 2011-2012 and a holder of Residencia but expired when i was in singapore and didnt have the chance to renew

What would be the process or requirements needed if I wish to apply again

As a non EU National with RESIDENCIA of course, if you leave spain for more than three years it automatically is invalid. In such a situation you will need to apply ‘from the start.’

PS For U.K. nationals. If Brexit happens without a deal, that will almost certainly apply to you as a non EU national.
