Estafa case in abu dhabi

A fellow kabayan borrowed money from her friends and now nowhere to be found., she don't take calls and doesn't answer to messages. She collected/borrowed money from 5 of her friends in different amount. Can we file a legal case? What is the legal thing to do? Since the total amount of the debt reaches to a 100,000+AED. I hope someone will answer.,

Depends if you have proof of having lent her the money. If you do, then you have to file a case against her in the court.
