I dont want to buy something that will break down as soon as it lands abroad.
Does anyone know where i can find a chinese and english speaking person to check, test a Catapillar excavator machine i want to purchase in Shanghai?

I wouldn’ t advise used ones, stay away from it, you better buy à Chinese but brand new, you have few of good International qualities.
