Mumaris Plus Registration

Hi yáll.....i am in the process of registering with Mumaris Plus, second stage of classification. I received a SADAD Bill ID and when i attempt to make payment the bill i receive an error response that the bill is invalid. Tawasul is not forthcoming with a response, i am at my wits end about how to resolve this and time is ticking. I am now afraid that my application will be cancelled and i will lose my SAR200 that i paid initially.
Ha anyone ever experienced this and how did you resolve it please?

if Tawasul is not replying then meet them in their office in riyadh personally.
Are you trying to pay from Mobile or from ATM ?
