How can i convert my family visit visa to work visa?

Hi,
Im on visit at Saudi Arabia. My husband works here. Its been 3 months since i came and i have extended my visa to 3 months more. After a long job seeking, i got a job nearby. But the problem is my visa status. The employer told me to change my visa, that they are not providing work visa. Is it possible to change vusit visa to work visa by staying here itself?? What will it cost?? What is the procedures??
Please help.

Try to understand the regulations:

1) Visit visa CANNOT be changed to work visa or any other type of permanent visa. You HAVE to leave, go to your home country, apply and come back on the new visa
2) Your employer MUST give you a work visa. There is absolutely NO way to get a legal work visa otherwise
3) What your employer is saying is that you need to get on your husband's visa i.e. get a permanent family visa (by going to home country, applying and getting it) and then work for them. This is because they probably don't have a quota to hire expats - be aware that this is illegal and if caught, you will be in trouble. Similarly, if you pay for a so-called "free work visa", that is also illegal and will result in deportation, fines and blacklist
