Ok here is my advice to you:
1. Sagia: you need to know who is your account manager in sagia. Use him to get things done for you & to be your assistant & guide through all processes.
2. After you getting your CR the most important thing is to ensure that your business activity matches your sagia license activity if not you need to work on fixing that with Sagia not the CR. Also get your entity registered with CoC (chamber of commerce) because you need them to attest whatever documents you need to submit to other entities including banks.
3. Ministry of Labor(MoL): you need to get your entity an MoL account which is usually starts with 700 code. This code is very important & vital to your business... because its the code all your employees locals & expats will be under that code. This code will communicate your entity with all government agency. Like Gosi, Zakat, other ministries...etc.

There are so many steps to be done. Thats why i advise you to know your account manager in Sagia. They will support you but you have to ask for it. The last advise i have for you is that within sagia building all governments agencies are there so you dont need to go to other buildings. All under one roof.
