I am sorry to say with no German, English as lousy as your post indicates and not even a clue how to spell the place you are trying to move to, you will not find a job.
I recommend you spend a few years learning German and/or English first!

As an Italian the poster is allowed to work in Germany, so no need for a work visa. And without German and little English, the chances are greatly reduced. But he might find work in an Italian restaurant or other business where he doesn't need to communicate with the customers. Also, maybe he has skills in other fields that he might be lucky and find an Italian run company that can use him.
Just for example, we had new windows built in in our house 2 years ago. The owner of the company was Greek but had found a foreman from Poland who spoke good German. The rest of the workers were all Polish with little to no German or English.

Many workers in construction or such tradesmen are foreigners with little English or German when they start out. Not easy but such things  are possible although it is highly recommended that one learns German as quick as possible if they want to have a content life here.
