Hi
I booked flight ticket from Singapore ups and down. I have to cancel and get back refund amount for some personal issues. what I do? Only 7 days left

You should contact the airline.
But don’t have high hopes: Refunds are not usually possible, unless you booked a (much more expensive) flexible ticket.

You must really contact the airline (or read the fineprint of the ticket you bought). How can anybody here know what kind of ticket you bought and what the restrictions are?!?
