When logging in to change password it asks for my tr identification no does it mean my bank no or my foreign i d no put both in but they say it is incorrect

maybe, yr tr id no had been mistyped by the clerk at the beginning, so it doesnt match with system records now. i dont have any other assumption and estimation.
you can solve yr problem with call center or you can visit the closest branch..
