Wrongfully Blackmailed

I hope everyone's well. A family member who has been to Saudi before on Umrah but did not over stay their Visa and has proof with an entry and exit visa (on their old passport) within the required time frame has been blacklisted. Is there any process that can be taken to remove this blacklist? Would the Riyadh passport office be of any help?

Well first, the title of your post says blackmail and the actual issue is a blacklist :).

Yes, you would need to go to Jawazat with all the proof that you have.  I would strongly recommend that you take an Arabic speaker with you otherwise you will be running around without any clear resolution to your problem.   Even then, in all probability, they will send you to a few other offices.

My apologies I didn’t realise that lol.

Thank you for that Xtang.

Cool I’ll head to jawazat and hope for the best, hopefully it can be resolved and the blacklist can be removed.
