Hi Good day I need I good advice.
So for the info. The expiration of my visa is Nov. 27
Someone Advice me, to file resignation Oct. 27.

But I still insisted to go Lmra Oct 29..
Because when you count it October 29- November 27 it will be 30days.
And I want to asked for the opinion of staff their, now I was advice from the LMRA information booth that I was lapse to file a mobility.
I should be go Oct. 27 this is their rule.

So, He tell me to file a resignation letter in post office but still I cannot got the mobility .
Because I already lapse.

Can someone give me advice upon this?
Do I have a chance to find a work here to other company .
Or my current sponsor will make me a problem .
Or I will be sended back to my country .

Looking forward for your answer especially Mr. Tang

I am not clear on the issue.

First mobility can only happen without sponsor approval IF you have worked for the employer for 1 year or more. If you have worked for less time, then you need sponsor permission. Secondly, for mobility, your visa needs to be valid for 3 months at least - not 1 month.  So in your situation, you cannot get mobility.

You need to get your visa cancelled and once you do that, you will have 30 days to find work and have a new employer apply for a visa for you. If you don't find work, then you should leave before 30 days are over. Once your visa is cancelled, current sponsor can't do anything to you.

How can I make my visa cancelled ?
And theres one more thing my current employer still not giving back my passport

Your sponsor will cancel it. Go to lmra and tell them you have resigned.  For passport, you need to go to the police and file a report.
