Lawyer on a contingency fee or small fee

Am a teacher in Phnom Penh who let a student I trusted to searched for movies:
He opened a movie I did not know--IT--and after the adds (10") I saw part of the beginning (about 10") then turned off.
Now the Management wants to consider terminating my contract for not supervising closely and not reviewing the movie content.
Need an attorney?

Hello.

If those requirements are in your contract you're on the wrong side of the law. You admit to let the male student go his way with searching for a movie and witnessed about 20 seconds of it. The content was obviously not suitable (you didn't mention what content it was) so you switched it off.

Still it happened and if it's a school rule that teachers prevent exactly these things you're in the wrong.

Don't spend money on a lawyer, not much can be done I fear.

Better talk to the management in person. apologize and ask them to forgive you, assuring them it won't happen again.

That's what I would do.

Good luck.
