I WOULD APPRICIATE YOUR QUICK RESPONSE

RECENTLY I GOT MY MEDICAL DONE FOR RESTAURANT MANAGER.
GAMACA( GCC APPROVED MEDICAL CENTER ASSOCIATION)
THROUGH AL- KHALEEJ IN INDIA.
BUT THERE IS A PROBLEM IN MY X- RAY.
THOUGH I NEVER HAD ANY INFECTIOUS DISEASES
WHAT SHOULD I DO

Yes, don't use caps lock.

And there is nothing you can do if the medical center is marking you as UNFIT. Only other option is to ask your employer to bring you here on visit visa, do the medical here and then convert it to work visa. But keep in mind that if they see scars in chest x-ray, you still won't get a visa and will be deported.
