This is my situation. I'm from the US, my wife is Ethiopian. She does not have a US visa, and we want to visit Panama. Because there is no Panamanian consulate in Ethiopia to apply for the authorized tourist visa, we can apply for her visa through the online Panamanian portal. Has anyone used this system? Success, thoughts on the subject? We will also need to prove our marriage by providing our marriage certificate. It's from Kenya. They do not provide an apostille in Kenya as they are not Hague Convention members. Will Panama recognize the marriage document that has been certified by the Kenya Ministry of Foreign Relations? Yes, problems.
