Hi,

As it is recommended to any newcomer, take knowledge of the recommendations provided by our code of conduct:
- Read the guides in the "discover" section
- Read the old topics you find using the search tool represented by a magnifying glass next to your avatar.

Because it has been shown statistically that 90% of the questions asked by newcomers have already been answered many times.

Then be logical in your approach, when you want to travel / reside in a country, you must first look on the Embassy website of the corresponding country. There, you will find directly the official information concerning the legal documents to provide.

Other interesting websites :
- ENIC-NARIC
- EU-BLUECARD

Of course you can apply for a job seeker visa from Dubai if you are residing there. Just contact the German embassy or nearest consulate.

But one should first look at their website. There are multiple qualifications and it is just a waste of time if one doesn’t meet them. And the question is always if a JSV is really worth the time, money and effort. Indians getting jobs in Germany mostly work in a few niche markets like IT where there is high demand and the possibility of a job without speaking German but then excellent English. But such jobs for skilled, experienced people can be found on major job websites - without going to Germany. If one is not in such a niche job then it is highly unlikely one will have a chance without speaking fluent German.

And please don’t ask someone to do this for you. If one is not able to use the internet to look for a job then they might as well give up. And as it has been mentioned, this subject has been covered on many threads; just read through before posting such general questions but feel free if you have specific ones.
