Can i have a ausbildung class after i clear B2 language course and having 2 years of portuguese residency card ???

For any Ausbildung (vocational training) the requirements vary. One has to look at each individually. But B2 is a high level and I would imagine be enough for many programs. But the Portuguese residency doesn’t have any relevance. It does not give one a right to go to Germany to work, study or get training. You have to apply and get accepted and they will consider your citizenship, not your residency. The only real advantage of having residency in another Schengen country like Portugal will mean that you can say visit Germany for up to 3 months as a tourist without needing to get a visa.
