Visiting Iloilo - seeking accommodations

I have been to the Philippines 6 times now. Going back again in January. I am planning to visit Iloilo for the first time for about 6 weeks starting around March 1. I would like to find a small apartment, fully furnished with full kitchen so I can cook my own meals and with wifi, cable, AC, etc. I'm on a budget so don't want to pay hotel prices. P18K-P19K is about the range. Someone recommended Townsville Studios but 2 emails to them have gone unanswered. Wondering if anyone has any recommendations or knows of someone with a rental apartment. Any assistance or advise would be appreciated.

I have used it for Iloilo before.

Thanks. I found a nice condo through AirBNB. First time using AirBNB so I hope it works out.
