Resignation During Probation Period

Hello Every Body

I am working in al kharj food company as shift engineer. I am under probation period and now want to resign due to some family reason and i am feeling homesick as well. Please guide what is the procedure. My contract explicitly state that either has right to terminate contract any time during probation period without any liability, compensation and notice.

Please guide me how i can convince if they reject.

If they reject, file a case in MOL and cite stipulated on your contract quote "that either has right to terminate contract any time during probation period without any liability, compensation and notice".unquote.

Yes with contract you can go back home.

They accepted my resignation. Company is very good specially the VP. Now its under process.

How long it will take to get final exit visa.
