Best resident visa for myself

Hi I am planning on moving to Sri Lanka with my partner and dog. I am a self employed construction worker my partner a teacher. We plan to move over and rent a property. We will be using income from our property at home and I might come back to England to top up our money occasionally. What would be our best visa option. Thanks

I’ve had a house in Sri Lanka since 2000

I visited for holidays twice a year until I retired here eight years ago

I opened my home for visitors on airbnb.com
