You must be married to a Filipino to ask fro a 13A visa.

You might want to enquire about an SSRV, but that needs a big inflow of cash. The amount depends on your age

For a 13A Visa you must be legally married to a Filipino.

we already have TRV, I want to confirm if any egyptian citizen was able to get a Permanent Residence visa afterwards

Hi, I know more than 1 Egyptian who are living and working here, Visa is not an issue, because if you are married, then you are entitled automatically for a visa.
