Leave/Holiday Pay

If an employee goes on annual leave, is it MANDATORY for a company to give an advance leave pay to the employee before the applied annual leave starts? Or it can be just deposited to his/her bank account as a normal salary? What is the Labour Law for this?

Thank you for your help in advance.

No it is not mandatory.   And the labor law does not speak to this level of detail.

A lot of companies don't do anything when the employee goes on leave and the salary is paid as normal.   And others, give an advance.
