Hi everyone ... I had a 2-year contract with a company in Saudi. On February 2020 my iqama became expired .. I was told to my company that, my Ikama expiring in February 2020 so book my air ticket i have to go to India .. But I didn't get any reply from the company Now my Iqama is expired. It has become a month.. Now the company is saying me that For the exit paper, we have to pay 5500 Riyal to the Saudi government, as a fine.also company have not paid my 5 month salary also. What should I do in this time, can you guys explain me what I should do?

There are plenty of employment contract violations out there. And it needs the help of MOL to intervene in your case. You also need to sought assistance from your embassy without delay to to help resolve the problems or to talk to your employer regarding your situation because your iqama is already expired and you have big big problem if you are caught by Saudi authority.
