I am sam from India and i have the following questions in my mind,

1.Does corona virus issue affects singapore companies in recuriting foreign employees?

2.Does MOM stores the information of rejected application which is applied a year back?

First question, there will be an impact on hiring as most of the companies are not sure about the impact in longer term. But, any urgent and critical role at employer end will be hired. If they didn’t find suitable local candidate then they will hire a foreigner (subject to work pass approval).

To answer your second question, read existing threads. MoM keeps records anything and everything against individual application.

MoM (and thus also its officer processing your application) has all information of dealings you ever had with Singapore officialdom available at the click of a mouse.
