reg: business visa extension

my name is azeemuddin and iam from hyderabad, india, I have entered KSA on 14.12.2019 on Business Visa with multiple entry and which is valid till 08.12.2020 and has a Max. stay duration of 90 days in KSA.
For renewal of stay on the existing Business Visa, Iam planning to go to Hyderabad, India on 05.03.2020 and re-enter KSA on 14.03.2020.
As per the recent changes in the regulations due to corona virus, can you guide me whether there will be any issues during my exit and entry in KSA.
