Visa for my moroccan husband to visit me while I have an operation

Hi here I am looking for help. I got married in morocco last month to my morrocan husband. I have an operation due and I want him here while I have it. How do we go ahead and apply for a visa just to help me while unable to do anything here in England. He doesn't want to live here as we are building a house in Morocco.
