Yes they will, that's a prerequisite at all dwarf throwing competitions.
Expected that from October 1st, 2021, Ho Chi Minh City will issue a decision to loosening the distance of the whole city, allowing some business areas and business lines, production, trade and services to be allowed to operate again.
The MO understands that after a period of about 120 days of separation with various directives, Emerald Precinct residents seriously abide by the government's directives, and do not leave the house when not absolutely necessary. Therefore, the means of transportation of residents such as cars, motorcycles have a situation of running out of battery or under-inflated wheels. That makes it difficult to move the car out of the basement area of your building.
As the approval of the Investor, the MO has deducted the building operating budget to purchase battery jacking and inflatable equipment to support motorbikes and cars exclusively for Emerald Precinct residents. This is an additional fee that is not included in the building operating budget plan.
Residents please check the vehicles condition currently kept in the basement as soon as possible and notify to the MO when you need the supportation, to avoid Avoid the case when going to work is crowded, the MO only has to 2 sets will not support timely, residents please contact to schedule an appointment with the MO according to the information below:

So after many stories saying barriers going Sept 30th stay in HCMC don't leave and children stay in home only go out if 1 or more vac and a long list of do's and dont's yet the obvious happened.
Everyone heard the "BARRIERS GOING" and nothing else and chaos started.....
Mass convoys of people leaving HCMC all the roads in gridlock police having to give in and escort them to the next province or tone asking if they could come in,,,
Forget the no children going out it was babies, kids, pregnant women, whole families leaving after 120 days and no job no money all fleeing back to their hometowns.

First walk round the park this morning after 120 days +. Looks like all the pigeons have shipped out, not one could I see. Ducks decimated too, used to be at least fifteen ducks now down to four, suppose the others went for the pot. Used to be like hundreds of butterflies to be seen on any day but did not see one in the gardens or the park. All the chemical spraying must have taken its toll. The other day I posted on the Emerald FB site about the constant spraying of the gardens with insecticide & one lady came back that it was because of the rainy season it was to protect the ground floor residents & children against the mosquitos! I replied it was a gamble then between a mosquito bite or lung cancer from breathing the toxic chemicals. The conversation ended at that!
On the positive side there was not too much plastic trash to be seen in the park but that will change soon I bet.

Dear Valued Residents and Customers of Emerald Precinct,
First of all, the Management Office Emerald Precinct (“The MO”) would like to send greetings and best wished to you.
According to media information, on October 1st, 2021, the city eased the distance in business activities, purchases, and services. However, up to this point, there has not been any official document guiding the easing of social distancing by the City and the People's Committees of Tan Phu District and Son Ky Ward.
Therefore, the MO has not been able to dismantle the areas that are closed or temporarily suspended. The MO will reopen the utilities at the Building immediately after receiving the official dispatch from the authorities.
On the other hand, in our Emerald Precinct there are still about 30 cases of F0 and the apartments are being isolated, haven't passed the 14-day period of no positive cases, so the risk of infection is still very high.
The MO recommends residents of the following:
- Limit going out of the apartment / Limit going down to public areas, walking.
- Residents, please do not be subjective, neglect, limit large gatherings, seriously maintain the implementation of the 5K recommendation of the Ministry of Health.
- Delivery continues to be received at gate number 1 to ensure safety, strangers, shippers do not enter the building.
Today, the MO will work with the People's Committee of the Ward, the Ward Health Department, if the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City issues an official letter to ease the distance, the Emerald Precinct apartment with about 30 cases of F0 will be able to operate normally again. or comply with the directions of the Ward People's Committee and the Ward Health Department. The MO will update information to residents as soon as there is feedback and direction from the People's Committee of Son Ky Ward, Ward Health.

Well its all a bit contrary really, (no surprises there I suppose) the day before that e mail message came through they announced that the AEON Supermarket Tan Phu was open again for normal business & the free shuttle from & too Celadon City is up running every 15 minutes. So it is OK to sit in the shuttle shoulder to shoulder with other residents, go to the supermarket & mingle with hundreds of other customers & staff, but not to go for a walk in the park or go to the market. Ah well until further notice looks like lock down is not over Celadon City or maybe it is. Have managed fine for 120days + so another couple of weeks wont hurt.

I hear what you're saying, but I believe the authorities would say that going shopping for food is an essential activity, even though it brings people into close contact.
But walking in the park is not an essential activity on the scale written by the people behind the curtain.
It was that kind of thinking that was especially maddening during the Danang lockdown last year.
Here I was two blocks from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, and I wasn't even allowed to step beyond the sidewalk, but it was okay to go shopping for groceries.

All well & good if the app actually recognises you have had the 2 vaccines & gives you the Green clearance. My app recognises everything about me & lets me log in no problems but you try to get it recognise I have had the vaccines ............forget it & from what I have heard I am by far not the only foreigner or Vietnamese to have problems. I have had my 2 jab Certificate laminated & for now thats my get out of jail card.

.
All well & good but considering I have to walk through the gardens to get to the pick up point for the buggie transport to go to AEON & if I decided to walk to AEON I get there by going through the park it all seems to be a bit OTT. Also we have been getting on fine for 4 months without going to the AEON supermarket for food by using the ad hoc shoppies that have sprung up here & AEON E SHOP on line!

well thanks to the powers of persuasion and 9 calls to the girl who does the ward paperwork for vacs,, both GF & I are now green on the app, so I have printed out a screen grab and laminated both along with our vac paperwork and the green cards are now on string to be hung around our necks when out,,, all we have to do it give a non-bothered look and calmly point at the dangling card,,,, job done.
Ms My got a message at about 4pm to hot foot it to the vaccination place. Looks like she did not run fast enough cos by the time she got to her slot they had ran out of Vaccine......poor Ms My.
Prime Minister: The epidemic nationwide is under control
Vietnam basically controlled the epidemic; The number of cases and deaths is decreasing deeply in the epidemic centers of Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Nai and Long An.
Speaking at the conclusion of the regular Government meeting, on the morning of October 2, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh said the above information.
He said "this is a bright spot, encouraging results in the third quarter and September", after 23 provinces and cities implemented social distancing and increased social distancing. This result was achieved thanks to the participation of all levels of government, people and businesses; the help of friends, international partners.

fired up the old Mobylette this morning & had a run round to the market, 80% up running with quite a lot of people shopping but nothing like the crowds before lockdown but that will come.
Did a mini Straw Pole on the 4 vendors I stopped at the corn on the cob lady had no vaccines, the potato lady same, the banana lady had 2 & her son had 1, the potted flower lady had 2 & the other customer who was there had 2 & all Astra. Looks like there is still some work to be done on the vaccine front.
Ms My has to go back at 1.30pm to get her 2nd Astra if they dont run out again.

Just went to Mega Mart and it was slammed, car park full and bike park full and a line as long as long as the front of the shop,,,,, covid? what covid.
Following on from yesterday's info, apparently, E-Mart that was open and had the bike and car parks full and lines out the door was closed due to being way too over full and no social distancing going on.
Maybe MM will be the same as we didn't see an air gap between people never mind a 2m gap!.
Incredible how the rules go out the window when people go shopping!
We didn't get asked once to see our shiny new green card or do a QR code at GS25, Vinmart, Bmart security just waved us in or put their hand up for us to wait until someone came out.

I wonder how much for one that simply uses others details to say they have been vaccinated?
Either way from experience NO ONE at stores of malls checks them... Kind of makes them redundant.

HANOI, Oct 4 (Reuters) - Tens of thousands of people, mostly migrant workers, left Ho Chi Minh City over the weekend as the largest metropolis in Vietnam eased a months-long COVID-19 lockdown, triggering fears of labour shortages and more disruption to manufacturing.
The mass exodus comes as the city and its nearby industrial provinces struggle to ensure sufficient workers to help revive the country's economy, which posted a record GDP slump in the third quarter due to COVID-19 curbs. read more
"We left our home behind for the city in search for better jobs but now we are tired," said Tran Thi Them, 32, as she queued for a compulsory COVID-19 test before leaving.
"We are going home to farm and raise cattle," she said, as she headed to her village in Dong Thap province in the Mekong River Delta with her husband and their 8-month-old baby.
Them lost her job at a garment factory in July, when the city began imposing curbs, and has been confined to her 10-square-metre rented room amid restrictions on leaving the house.
Nearly 90,000 people have left Ho Chi Minh City since Friday, state media reports show, on worries they would get stuck again if there was another wave of infections. The city eased curbs from late Thursday.
"Please don't leave, and stay to work," said vice chairman of the city's People's Committee, Le Hoa Binh.
"The city is facing serious labour shortages."

not sure how to comment on his if you are saying its fake news but all I know is that Ms My showed me photos & videos with like thousands of people some of which were her friends heading back home to Mekong & other provinces as soon as restrictions were lifted & they are scared that the lockdowns will come back & better to be in the family home where life can go on & not starve at least. Her sister is still locked in her factory at Binh Duong with 3,000+ others even with restrictions lifted & can only suppose its because the owners are scared once out they dont come back.

Not fake news just badly written, people didnt lewve becsuse they were tired. Majority left ofr economic reasons... 'Tired' title is just click bait
Yeah, that might be true. I saw a lot of people travelling north because of the fear of Covid. Not, because of the lockdown.

I don't know if your wife uses that word a lot by my GF used it from anything from a headache, sleepy, bored, peeved off, and many other things "tired" to her is like a mindset rather than being exhausted, on the other hand when I ask her how she is she says "normal" instead of ok, great, terrific, wonderful etc.
So it seems that "tired" & "normal" cover most things we would use many other words for, so the story probably was last in translation along the way.
