Seeking a tax consultant

Can anyone suggest me a tax consultant with good knowledge in group taxation (German tax law)?

elpatron29

Hi,

I can't recomend you any, but you should inform yourself a little before the first tax consultant meeting. You could do that here: https://www.erfolg-als-freiberufler.de/ … erberater/  for example. I hope that helps you.

Here is the tax consultant search page of their trade association:

What do you mean by "group taxation"?

Thanks...

When the profits and losses of all companies are combined and taxed together

Never heard of group taxation but I wonder why a person whose profil says they are German would be asking here? They should be able to search and find such things easier than expats.

Corporate taxes are always calculated for each company indvidually. Why should some be combined?
Or do you mean something else? Your question and explanations are rather vague.

Lost in translation? Great movie btw ;)

Not always. It is possible to combine them when they all run under the same name. Imagine a holding..

Well i am not German. On the profile you can see the Austrian flag ;) because it was my last stop before i moved to germany a month ago...

My answer was to the original poster whose profile shows them to be German - and not to you. I don't understand why the question would be posted on this site from a German since they are not an expat in their own country and should know both the language and how to get information from officials.

Oh I'm sorry
