Mumaris Registration and Classification

Post new topic

Hi, good day!
May I ask you some questions that really bothers me now? I am an nurse here in KSA started working 5months ago. I passed the Prometric exam already and  got my eligibility number, so I proceeded to professional Registration and classification in my mumaris plus account, upon entering the site it says that my application was rejected and i learned from tawasul that it was rejected because i have 2 years gap in my experience as a nurse which i insisted because i have a continues practice in my profession. I emailed them and request for reconsideration attached my CERT OF EMPLOYMENTS to prove my practice, however it gives me feedback that my registration was discontinued due to lack of evidence proving that i dont have a 2 years gap in my profession. Will you help me with this, please?

Thank you

Hi! Did you get your classification? What did they mean by two years gap? Since the time you got your license or two years before you applied for registration?
Jerin James

@attitude03 you can't apply in saudi Council if you have a two years experience gap during the time of ur application...which means when u apply u should be either working in a hospital in ur home country or else with less than 2 year gap before ur last resignation ..I hope it clarifies

@Jerin James hello sir, can we apply for re classification from PT technician to nurse, but my last experience as a nurse year 2015.

@Jerin James
Thank you for the reply. I'm going to get my dataflow done. I have a few questions If you don't mind replying to:
1: Do I need an agent to do the process? I have heard people hire agents to make the process easier?
2: I have two degrees bachelors and Masters. Do I upload both with their respective transcripts or only Masters degree? Transcript as well?
3: I have two experience letters one is 8 years old and one is recent (1 nad half year experience, I left two months ago). Should I upload both or only the latest one?.
4: where I can find the qualification requirement for the classification? And also if I get the eligibility number how do I get the preparation material? Where do people find the syllabus (for psychology)?
How does dataflow verify as the hospital ha a universal number and I'm worried they might not get through the department and eventually reject on the basis of unavailability.
Any help will be highly appreciated
Jerin James
@attitude03 1. Its upto you.   I did it myself for my wife as agents said u can't do it ... there is a video , watch it , dataflow clearly explains how to do it

2. You can upload the relevant degree related to ur profession .   If u have Masters,, then that is better
Jerin James

@attitude03 3. upload both, but both ur employers should reply to the dataflow verification team ...

Jerin James

@attitude03 4. Scfhs website , u should check if ur university and course is listed ..if not listed , u have to submit new qualification study ...

Jerin James
@attitude03 dataflow verifies generally via emails ...for universities it could be through post as well depending on what is the universities process for verification...

It's ntg like going through agent is easy , dataflow has a customer service team whom you can contact and follow up whenever u need ... infact you can opt for the 14 days verification option as well (pay extra.
Jerin James

@Lean League 2015 to 2022 as a nurse ??? I'm not sure if you change ur classification if u already applied.  Tawasul support can help you better on this

attitude03

@Jerin James

Thank you again for your detailed responses. If I upload both then will there be any issue regarding the gap between the two certificates? Also for classification this gap can be an issue?

Jerin James

@attitude03 gap between experiences isn't an issue for dataflow ...for classification,  your recent experience matters - recent experience should not have a gap ...all the best

Jerin James

@attitude03 dataflow is nothing but verification , so gaps don't matter for them at all ..their job is just to verify all the documents...

attitude03

@Jerin James

I understand! Thank you.

So for classification if I upload the recent one (2020-2022) would it suffice or the old one as well?

Jerin James

@attitude03 min 1 year experience is sufficient...but more the experience for you , the better I guess for you, if its the same job

attitude03

@Jerin James

Yes it's the same job but I'm worried about the gap. If I upload both, they might point out the gap between the two certificates. Do you think it's a good idea to upload both for classification?
