You can't come here right now. Ask again when a vaccination or cure is found. That's maybe a year from now. Things will be quite different then.

A 70 square meter 2 bedroom furnished apartment w/kitchen and laundry in District 7 Sky Gardens, good expat area, is around $550 to rent with 1 year lease, or about $100,000 to buy. Utilities, Vietnamese food, transportation and miscellaneous maybe another $500.
You could reduce 20% in less desirable areas, or of course a lot more.
Expect to spend another few $100 in moving-in expenses.
