Travelling without resident card

I think there is no issue with him traveling without the ID card provided that he comes back when his visa is still active.

A personal experience i had is that I left for my country few years back and lost the omani resident card while i was over there. What happened is upon arrival to muscat, i went to get a new one, and got it without any problem.

So from that experience,I think that your brother will be able to process his ID when he comes back without any problem too.

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to seek clarification on a matter related to my employment visa in Oman. I arrived in Oman on an employment visa in December, and unfortunately, my employer has not been able to issue my resident card due to some unforeseen reasons.

Now, I am in a situation where I need to return to India. My employer has informed me that I cannot travel back to India without the resident card, and that the sponsor needs to come and sign certain documents. However, I do have a valid passport and a copy of my visa (the same one I used to enter Oman).

Could you please provide guidance on whether I can travel back to India under these circumstances? I would greatly appreciate any information or advice you can offer to help me navigate this situation.

Sorry to say this

The initial visa which you used for the 1st travel to Oman is having single entry permit.

That means you cannot entry again with same visa.

If you are aware that your visa is stamped or having any e-document that you can show the validity, then you can enter .

I think you don't have that document.

The solution is that employer need to reapply for a entry visa.

Better to connect with employer for solution.

I need to take back some company items i have been keeping but my visa got revoked while away and later renewed and issued with the temporal entry visa.

I am not intending to take long and i dont wish to start the process of obtainiing a new resident card.

Is it possible to exit with the same temporal visa?
