what is the quivalent of Abitur for students who are from non EU countries, like Morocco for example ?

You can check the equivalent to the degree / qualifications obtained outside Germany in a website https://anabin.kmk.org/anabin.html.

Abitur is the German secondary school certificate that enables you to enter university.
So the nearest equivalent in your country would be whatever is needed for university access - if that is of the same quality and standard as a German Abitur.
