Taxation on International Income

Post new topic

Chivalrous0

Hi All,
I am an Indian national living in Philippines.
I want to know if the Youtube income generated by Google USA and credited into my account in Philippines, will be taxable in Philippines or not?
Since the income is generated in USA, i am not taxable in USA.
Since the income doesn't credit to India, so i am not taxable in India too.
For Philippines, it is considered as International income.

Guys, any feedback on taxability in Philippines, will highly help.

USA taxes everything and technically, even if you only earned an income in the USA for a month, it is taxable and have to file 1040NR. If you´re a foreigner and a Philippine resident and earns that U-Tube income while living in the Philippines, it´s taxable. Foreigners but non-resident only taxed on income of Philippine origin.

Hi robal.
Appreciate your prompt revert.
I have been receiving income from youtube, but till date USA has not taxed me.
secondly, i was under the impression that foreigners living in Philippines do not have to pay tax on international income. since this is international income for Philippines, would i still be taxable in Philippines???

If you´re an Indian citizen but not a resident of any foreign country, you are subject to Indian taxation... That´s the link under review above.
