Hello
I live in belgium but germany is so close that I would love to know many places in germany

In belgium there is a website called (moderated: no free ads please) and it has listed all places to go.  Is there a website like this for germany attractions and touristic places?

I have other questions in germany
1.  What are the nices beaches to go?
2.  Nicest towns to go for a walk?
3.  Outlets stores in germany?
4.  What other places would you recommend me go to know in germany ?

ALl these questions specially near the belgium border If it applies.

Thanks

Eternity

Hi,

I do not know, which part of Germany are you interested mostly in,however,I coould strongly recommend some places in west-south part of the country (which I have visited and enjoyed):
1.Rhein Riverside and all the small towns alongside, like Rudesheim (the most famous one), Bacharach, St.Goar, etc. - with riesling wineyards, promenades and little castles; very romantic!

2. Wiesbaden - Mainz: esp. recomennded to visit in December,as for its christmas markets, however worth of seeing anytime in the year. Funny, that when you do not like one town, you drive to the other side of the river and you are immediately in the another!:)

3. Muenchen - must seen, when in the southern part of Germany, absolutely unique combination of true german order and festive atmosphere, busy downtown with big parks and crowded biergartens as well.

4. Strasbourg, located near to the french-german border (in fact,in France), with its "La Petit France"and lots of canals reminded me of Venice. One of the favourite destination points for a weekend-escape in west-southern Germany.

Hopefully, you find any of those recommendations useful.
Enjoy your stay in Germany!

Shall you be interested, I can write more about myself in a priv message or anything..
