Hi,

I am a fresh graduate from local university. I am a foreigner.
I got the offer from the company before I finished school.
After I signed the offer, the company went on to apply the pass on 7/7/2020 which is rejected on 15/07/2020 with the reason of safe distancing measures. It has the note saying we can appeal if the candidate is in Singapore. So the company immediately appeal on 15/07/2020 which is still now pending.

Now I have graduated and I am under grant scheme which will help me get the pass much faster. So I would like to upload the letter to the MOM. but the company says it can neither edit the appeal to add in more documents nor withdraw the appeal. May I know how can we cancel the current appeal ( application) and start the process over again with my add on documents. Thanks in advance.

regarding the tuition grant letter, is it provided by MOE or your university ?

It's from my university.

If the appeal is still pending, then your employer can reach out MoM and send the documents to their given email address for consideration.

If MoM suggest to withdraw then apply as a new application then your employer can follow their instruction. Good luck
