Transfer of student iqama to kafeel after expiry (8 months)

Post new topic

So heres my situation
1) I am 29 years old
2) I am on my fathers iqama as a student for the past 29 years
3) Iqama expired in 2019 december 7 (its been 8 months)
4) They were not renewing it so i finally found a kafeel after covid and gave my documents to mandoob
5) its been 3 weeks and no one has responded from the MoL office

My question is if naqal kafala on a expired student iqama is possible or no during these covid days? since it has been 8 months since expiry and  there is no response from the Ministry of labour

I have given all of my documents to the mandoob (agent) for transfer and last i heard it was in the ministry of labour but i haven't received any update regarding the approval

I WAS TOLD THE SYSTEMS AT THE JAWAZAT OFFICE HAVEN'T BEEN WORKING AND IS CAUSING DELAY AND NOW AND THEY SAY THAT IS THE CAUSE FOR THE DELAY.

NOW WHAT I NEED TO KNOW IS IF ANYONE ELSE HAS COME ACROSS A PROBLEM WITH GETTING THEIR IQAMA TRANSFERRED LATELY?

IF ANYONE CAN SUGGEST A PERSON OR OFFICE WHERE MY IQAMA RENEWAL CAN BE EXPEDITED THEN I WOULD BE REALLY THANKFUL SINCE I FEEL LIKE MOST OF THE AGENTS ARE WASTING MY TIME!

I have to go back to my home country for some really important work that I just can't keep waiting.. I would be more than glad to call anyone who's willing to help me out here.. and I gladly welcome anyone who wants to call me to help give me some direction..

Thanks a million in advance,
