I'm looking to move to Washington State and will be getting married to a US citizen, I will need to get some health insurance, I am 66 years of age, no illness or conditions and will have sufficient income/pensions to support us/myself

Easiest solution - your spouse adds you to her policy. Otherwise contact a local broker and have him/her do your legwork to find the best insurance and policy for your needs.
