I have a lot of new question

01. How to know I am still married or divorced? ( Martial status)

02. If I am divorced then I can marry here in Brazil?
If I can marry then I need to reapply for residency or I can apply for passport?

03. If I am still married then I can bring my parents with this status??

Advanced thanks my friend

1. You must have legal papers. If none you are still married. (You sure would remember this, especially homologized
"There are two ways for a Brazilian and a foreigner to get a legal divorce in Brazil. The couple can either conduct their divorce proceeding in Brazil or they can have their foreign divorce homologized."
2. Yes. It all depends on the date of RNM.
3. That I do not know.
Are you at the address of the initial marriage? If you moved, you must notify PF every time.
You will still need to sponsor and they must file for the visa with all the proof on residence and funds to provide for them
